Rookie is a green penguin with red glasses and a red/white Hawaiian shirt and a red and white propeller cap. He is constantly changing servers, so you've got to be fast! His first appearance was for the April Fools party of 2011. You can most likely find him in crowds, or crowded servers. When Rookie stops waddling, he usually begins to start flying with his propeller hat, so look for a penguin flying with a Hawaiian red and white flower shirt. Puffle handler
